"All can be lost without the right attention to details". Pay close attention to important but trivial and unforeseen details that determine success and fulfilment. Hidden details influences success and fulfilment more than where our eyes are. Those who have luck today are able to act in a certain way that others ignored because it is subtle and unknown.

Here are some success details you may ponder upon. 

1. The Attention Arbitrage. Attention arbitrage is the enterprise where people's time, money and resources are mostly traded and people's eyes are going to be in in the next 50 years. If you put your money in the market where people's eyes will be in the next century, you are creating something valuable. People who understand that they need to invest their limited resources in places that most people will turn their eyes in the future make fortunes and find fulfilment and happiness in the long run. The internet and rising human needs is the new attention arbitrage. If you invest in the rising human needs or the internet, you will not lose in the long run. 

2. Emotional Intelligence EQ, is a great determiner of success and we all think being brilliant in generating ideas and thinking deeply is the best factor. Emotional intelligence, EQ is the ability to manage your emotions in order to achieve the outcome you want. It is being smart about your emotions. People who have this skill achieve more than those with high intelligence quotient IQ. We do not act logically all the time. We follow emotions. That is why we stay longer in bad habits that we know must stop but we stay in it. 

3. The Recurrent Quantum Shift. Interestingly, the world has changed more than you or I can measure or observe precisely. We wonder why yesterday's problem is compounded in just 24-hour period🙄. Because we can only measure long term using statistics and figures, we do not know that these changes we see is everyday. Statistics and figures are good but they are long-term tools. The short-term tools is close attention to the details of your daily life. We ignore the daily changes because we are preoccupied by the problem or outcome. The drama is in the details.

4. The Mosquitoes Not the Elephant: Finally, an elephant do not bite, only mosquitoes bite. If you are in a mess or shit hole, it is not the big problem that ruin your happiness, it is the little anger, little resentment and little ingratitude that ruin your joy. Focus more trivial incidents that steal your time and resources and deprive you of your greatest opportunity.

 5. Success is Daily: Success is a daily activity not an overnight experience, you can mince your big project into smaller and easier activities that can be done with ease but the details must not be ignored. You should focus on two periods in your life, today and the next 6 years. But today is more important because you are guaranteed today and the next 6 years is made of multiple days. There is no year without days.

I urge you to ponder upon things that influence our lives on your own. These are the unattended details. Just make sure you do not worry about things you cannot control but accept them. Give your worries to things that are within your control. Thank you. 

Select The Right Ingredients.

The only way to build a rich dynamic life is to select the right thoughts to think, the right companions to keep, the right information to digest and the right ideas to ponder and act upon for many years without going backward. Some people go one step forward and 5 steps backward in application of ideas and wonder what went wrong. 

To make a nice cake, select the right ingredients, prepare them the right way and keep the wrong ingredients away. You will end up with a nice cake afterwards, else it won't be a nice cake. 

It's not easy to build a rich and dynamic life, but it's simple as expressed in this article. A great leader will have a great library for quality information, great companion for wonderful ideas and a great study time for seas of good ideas. The reverse is the case for a mediocre leader. 

Hanging out with the right people who are 10X better than you will inspire you to get better in a short time without you noticing because they will push you to your limit and beyond your limit.

Bad ideas will do it's damage no matter who feed your mind with them. If it is your parent or spouse who feed you bad ideas, it is still catastrophic. If my best friend accidentally drop a poison in my tea, I die. Conversely, if my worst enemy accidentally drop sugar in my tea, I'll end up with a sweet tea. That's why I need to watch my tea all the time, no telling who I'm dealing with.. 

As you take a quantum leap into life, take out the wrong ingredients and select the right ingredients. 

Studying

One smart idea can save you 6 years on the way to achieving your goals. One book can save you 5 years too. If you're working so hard and you're not studying, it's not going to work at least easily. It's not going to be easy without studying what work and what doesn't. 

You need to study. Someone already achieved what you hope to achieve in the future. And learning their strategy will definitely save you time, energy and effort. If I probably had learnt what I knew now 5 years ago, I won't do what I'm doing now. Creative ideas maybe produced by talents but learning will improve and monetize your talents. Studying will rebrand your ideas to be widely acceptable for universal appeal. 

Those who are not alert in noticing unexpected opportunities never spot them when they finally arrive. Studying will make you notice opportunities in the midst of adversities. Looking closely for the good side of every circumstances requires careful study, and comparative advantage. 

What you learn yourself make more impression on you and it's more valuable than what you are taught. More interestingly, what you found out yourself is worth more than any lesson anyone might teach you. Great men take time to study for they see value in it. 

The best lessons and strategies you learn should be noted and remembered everyday because that's your greatest asset. In the last 5 years, key lessons should be noted and laid to heart. How you fix the situation, what you did and what went wrong and who did what. 

On your way to knowledge castle, go with your heart because life is a great teacher, if you don't learn the lesson the first time, it will repeat the lesson a million times till you learn it. 

Planning, Preparation & Strategizing.

Planning is setting a course of related actions required to reach a goal by writing, visualizing or paying mindful attention to the next course of action. 

Research shows that people who plan their whole life live longer than those who don't. They understand the risk of putting their resources, energy, time and money on the line. They are also prepared for the risk of life more than those who don't have a plan. Without a plan for the future, everything overwhelm the mind, from the cost of transport to the cost of  gas to basic necessities and dealing with family issues and the cost of food. No one love dealing with what they never prepare for, especially crisis. Those who are prepared feel the impact the least.. 

You must have a plan for the use of your time, lest you do things that are not required to reach your goals. A plan for the use of your money, lest you are broke all the time. A plan for the use of your knowledge, A plan for the use of your resources, lest you waste them often.

It's better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to be have an opportunity and not be prepared for it. Opportunity never prepared for may not be recognized or may be missed. 

Within a plan, there must be in it what to do if the plan didn't work out. That's how genius in crisis survive the crisis. Not all plans work out good. According to MAN, 802 notable and prosperous companies fold up in the last 9 years in Nigeria. Investors will surely be in crisis if there is no plan for plan not working out. Good planners understand that, not all plans work and the price of commodities are not stable and people are unpredictable in patronizing. You can predict but your prediction maybe right or wrong.

Achievers know when to quit, when to pick up a new plan, and when to go a new direction. If a goal no longer resonate with you anymore, it's not useful, trash it. Whenever I look at my 5 years old plans, I can't imagine I set such dumb goals. I've grown, I've evolved. 

On the trip to life, go with plans. Plans save time, energy & resources. I got into trouble multiple times without a plan or ignoring the plan for hurry sake. 🙄

Big Audacious Airy Goals

Big goals are not unique because they hope to accomplish everything. They are big because they offer what we didn't know could exist as an advancement or progress for ourselves and others. So your unique idea doesn't have to be big, it just have to change the world around you and make lives better. 

Audacious goals are smart, 10 times better and 10X challenging in that they require 10X effort and gives 10X results more than we can imagine as a third party. They're specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound. Audacious goals are precise, scalable, real, and specific in the number of years you want it to happen. 

Do not set a lower standard for yourself, instead set a higher one. If you shoot for the moon and you fail, you will definitely land among the stars at worse. The worst of failure is quite better then the best dreamer that never try anything idealistic. 

Achievement made in years is mind-blowing, putting in the extra time and commitment. We often focus on weeks, months or days because we want instant results. Not knowing that, those years can build a solid foundation for a better, brighter future. That's why most big things develop in stages. Think of our universe. It's been existing tens of billions years ago to develop into what we cannot travel across in a lifetime today. 

The impression those big audacious goals will have on your self-esteem is cannot be measured. The knowledge you will gain along the process of achieving your goals cannot be taught in school. The improvement your life will undergo in achieving those goals will be incomparable to none. Because they will make you someone who can cope with the pressure that comes with something new. 

Why not set a big audacious goal that are 10X bigger than you think you can achieve. Why not put in 10X effort to make it all easier as you go. You gat it in you. Human spirit is so powerful it can achieve anything we put our minds to.

The Top 1%

All over the world, a small 1% of the population dominate, control and influence the remaining 99% of the population because they have the political, socio-economic and military power. This trend hasn't changed that much since the last 5,000 years. These few people are at the top because they are lucky or talented or play by different set of rules from the rest of the population.

We shape the future by what we do today and the foundation we laid in the past. The top 1% maybe lucky or destined for such a position but it's not all luck, they play by different rules and the games we are not playing, like knowing more, learning more, growing more, searching opportunities relentlessly, connecting and acting differently. They also work hard for it and find luck along the way. Play every clean game you can play to join the 1% club. Apart from being literate in whatever endeavor they find themselves, they are pragmatic, exceptional and greatly brainy.

Most of these people are pace setter or a trendsetter. They build a future opportunity we didn't know could exist. The make the first move with creative mindset for making great impact we appreciate today. 

We all gat that genius in us but it's up to is to unlock it. We do that by our daily choices, the options of things we choose to do. 

Why not scale up to join the 1% club, they know how they hang out and their diet is passion, consistency, learning, growing, connecting and working. On your way to greatness, play every clean game you can play and live each day like it is your last. 

Fooled By Randomness & Probability

We study extreme billionaires or extreme failures in the news to know what investment decision to make and which to avoid. Given how unpredictable life is and the complexity of factors affecting success, these are not the measurements of future investments and success. Risk, luck and failure are always interplayed because they are next door neighbors. Don't invest because someone did, invest because you can do the hard work required and it's what you love. You must love the process not the results alone. 

The more extreme the outcome, the less likely you should apply it to your life. Many investment has made more people poorer than those who made fortunes from it. And people who are lucky still hit fortunes but what about those who fell at the other side of luck. We blame them for poor investment decision while we praise those who succeed for nice decision. A good investment that turned bad fell on the other side of risk, not the investor. 

Success is a lousy teacher, it seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose. Failure is a lousy teacher too, it seduces smart people into thinking their decisions were bad and horrible. We are fooled by randomness. Extreme billionaires weren't sure which investment but they just had something within their heart, within their passion they can deliver to make a difference. Then the results blow their minds. They never expected to that extent. 

If your decision fetch the luck, celebrate, don't be humbled by the opposite of luck, pick up the task like your life depends on it. Because it's does depends on it. The relentless and study will finally fetch unexpected luck. 

Early Advantage

When good things happen to those who wait, they are the good things leftover by those who hustle. Do not wait for leftovers, make the early move for your unique opportunities in the seas of unlimited opportunities available to us. 

Do not live a life given to you, build a life you want. Early advantage is the opportunity that comes from taking the fastest and boldest step in any situation when you feel the need. 

Monopoly is a company that attained a position of or is given a legal right to manufacture a product or provide a service because they move the earliest the smartest. If you build a unique and valuable business to create a new market first, you can enjoy Monopoly for a long time, before anyone kick you out. 

There's no perfect time, if the time seems favorable and promising, make the move as early as possible. Because your next move is leading you into your future. And you don't want to arrive into the future later than your appointed time.

If the raw facts to make a decision are ready, make that decision. If you have the information, use it to the fullest early as you can. The earlier the better, the later the worse.

You will never play in the marketplace if you are expected to lose, more importantly, you will never delay if there are thousands of people competing for your own opportunity. Top mover are always early movers taking the early advantage. The future is on your shoulder, re-create the future by moving earlier and better. 

Diversification

No one can accurately predict the future but if you wanna predict some part of the future, study history and the news. What has happened in the past and what is happening now is a great information to predict the future and it's helpful for the wise investors in life.

Inflation is on the all time high as ever and it's here to stay. The rising cost of things is here to stay. The rich get richer because they can afford assets and assets make them huge amount of money. Conversely, the poor get poorer because they can only afford liability and liabilities take money from their pockets.

The world wars, the dot com crash, the crypto crash, the great recession, the great flu, the slave trade, the food shortages and the coronavirus are filled with great lessons for the need to diversify your investment and plan on security, health and stability, not gambling around but splitting your time, energy and capital investment and finance for the unknown and the unpredictable. Multiple streams of income, many mentors, multichannel finance and overflowing quality information.

The 10X rule indirectly say, train your kids 10X more than necessary, protect your marriage 10X more, make 10X more money than you need and create 10X more income source than an average person. The brain behind diversification is not fear, it is simply creating confidence and satisfaction and fulfilment. If I read 10X more for a course, given the outline, no test on the test will scare that much.

The need for diversification is paramount now than ever before. It is ensuring you do all you can to ensure your security and happiness in the midst of the unknown. Our greatest fear is the fear of the unknown. It's at the back of our head, home-calling us to attention. The what if, what if game.

We should be ready with our family, sharpen our pencils, settle the conflict and embrace the differences to diversify our investments for the top security and abundance we can get.

Role Modelling

The fastest way to become a millionaire is to think and manage your finance like millionaires think and manage theirs. No matter what country you live in, a man with poverty mentality in Switzerland will still be poor. An antisocial man will never make his family happy. The quickest way to become a bum is to live recklessly like a bum. 

Role Modelling is a unique way to achieve your goals. Just like kids in high school become the type of people they hang out with, that's how a role model can change your life. It's no miracle. It's called think it, live like it's happened and it'll surely definitely happen. 

A role model is someone you want to achieve a goal they have achieved. You may not want to be like like them completely but there is an something they've achieved that you want. Like a Christian living like Christ, a role model. 

If you want to be rich, maybe Elon is your role, you may study his biography, study how he did it, how he manage risk and failure. And build the type of discipline and mentality he built. 

Surround yourself with smart prosperous people or their unique ideas and you will level up without having to push yourself all the time because peer pressure affect everyone. Anyone that you value so much exert an enormous influence in your life. Choose your role model carefully. 

As your reshuffle your life, make a list of your role models from the billions of people living on this planet right now. And because of the internet, you can study anyone's biography without having to meet them in person or travel to their country. Majority of the Christian haven't been to Jerusalem and still hold Jesus as a good role model because of the great book. Now is the opportunity time because we are blessed with information and cursed with disinformation. The things that changed my life are things I found on the internet. Get your lens of perspective ready and be very choosy and picky when it's comes to the type of people you hold as valuable or a model. Thank you.

Thinking exactly how the majority of the people are thinking will take you from zero to nothing, 0 to N. If we are all thinking the same thought the same way, no matter how impressive it is, no one is thinking outside the box. Thinking differently, outside the box in an incredible way will take you from zero to one, 0 to 1. 

Your idea doesn't have to be big to make a difference but it has to change you and consequently, the world around you. We need people with seas of fantastic ideas now that we face enormous challenges and tremendous opportunities present themselves. We need people with good mindset to make a difference. Opportunities were never greater than now that problems reveal themselves for bold solution-hungry minds. 

Find a great human problem, find a unique answer, bring the answer to the marketplace and we all will be willing to pay you in time, energy and money because you will be valuable to us. 

Think from zero to one, not otherwise, that's the secret of incredible life. We need more of people who will do small things in a great way. Out of that is your greatness. Everything complex is built from trillions of simple stuffs in a marvelous way including your smartphone. Every great companies start with an entrepreneur with a beautiful idea or some smart investors with teamwork and passion for enterprise starting from a promising beginning to the top. Language & communication, relationship & character are built and developed with billions of repetitive practice that's interesting and doesn't seem like hard work. 

A step can lead to many steps that will shape your destiny forever. Appreciate the power of decision making and continuous practice and gradual, meaningful improvement because that's the source of lasting and enduring success. A few hundred thousand may be small today but a few hundred thousand of cash invested in Apple or Tesla today can yield huge amount of money in 10 years. More interestingly, 3 good steps everyday is a thousand good steps in a year. You cannot do something good a thousand times without something extraordinary happening in your life. Just be consistent and show up when you don't feel like. 

Moreover, embrace the power of exponential growth. Putting in much great work do not add up as in A+B, they explode in leaps and bounds leading to accumulated results raised to the power of your input. The term success explosion is my term for results that are not adding up but are exploding exponentially, A^ⁿ. Like a comedian getting paid massively while working less because of increased audiences online & offline. 

This is useful because you can start with a plan, an intention or a desire and that will lead to another, then to another. If the initial attempt wasn't taken, the dream will die abruptly. I'm challenging you to sideline the conflict and pick up the race of building and rebuilding, defining and redefining, planning and replanning your life exactly the way you want it. Write down what you want on paper, then go to work. Don't use our calendar, start with your own calendar. My January start in August, that's when a phase of my business will terminate, then I'll review, then start the next quarter with the lesson learnt. You can do more than you think because you're limitless in nature.

Don't be so consumed about what's happening in the news without focusing on what's happening in your own life. You are then lens through which you perceive the world. Be you own caregiver, be your own hero. Be your own winner. Do everything it takes to scale up. You cannot help anyone if you're broke and broken.😁

The law of attraction in self-helpery states that whatever you think about, talk about and act on most of the time will manifest in your life. It's no miracle nor surprise. You shape your destiny..

According to the law of attraction, your dominant thought, words & action interact with the physical reality to fabricate the type of life you imagined and create for yourself, more interestingly, the type of life you deserve. That's how powerful you are.

To make the rest of your life the best of life now, vibrate at the same frequency with your goals. Practice healthy habits to be healthy if you want, talk about it, think about it. Study wealth to be wealthy, talk about it, think about it. You wanna be happy, study happiness, talk about it, think about it and act on natural mood enhancers like laughter. You have no limit. Use your power of imagination in a massive way. Do not be out of tune with your goals and keep complaining why it's not working.
